Air compressor planned service maintenance & reactive repairs
Unlike many other air houses our service maintenance provision is based upon on-going hours run monitoring of each machine to ensure appropriate service maintenance to manufacturers recommendations and not un-necessary and expensive over-servicing. Down time on compressors usually means lost production, so we also offer a quick trouble shooting call-out service in the unlikely event of a breakdown and can provide a loan compressor for any extended down-time situation. All our service personnel are experienced dedicated professionals who hold EPIC Safety Passports and all work undertaken by A W Phillips Ltd is guaranteed for 12 months
Further information
If you have no stand-by compressor then we can time our visits to suit you, or undertake the servicing with a mobile compressor at no extra cost. Whilst we provide specialist expertise on CompAir Broomwade & Hydrovane compressors we offer comprehensive service maintenance and repairs on all the major brands including ABAC, Atlas Copco, HPC & Ingersoll-Rand. A W Phillips Ltd is an environmentally responsible company and disposes of all contaminated waste in accordance with the Hazardous Waste Regulations under our Environmental Agency License. If you undertake basic maintenance in-house and simply require service materials, then we can also offer Broomwade, CompAir & Hydrovane service kits, parts and oil on a direct next day delivery basis.
Installation
Whether you are simply re-locating your existing equipment to new premises, buying a new compressor and accompanying ring main distribution system, or just modifying your existing arrangements, we can offer a cost effective solution precisely tailored to your requirements and in full compliance with all current Regulations. Compressed air installations have traditionally been undertaken using screwed galvanized steel pipe which is prone to rust, but we now offer the advanced Infinity aluminum quick fit system which offers numerous advantages including low cost installation and higher flow rate performance when compared to steel (i.e. 32mm diameter aluminum against 60mm/2" bsp steel).
